We retain your personal data for as long as it is necessary for the purpose, or for as long as required by law. Accounting data is retained for seven years in accordance with the Swedish Accounting Act. Other data is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed.

6. Who do we share data with?

To run our business we engage suppliers who process personal data on our behalf — for example, web hosting, email, and accounting providers. These are data processors and act on our instructions. We do not share your data with third parties without a legal basis.

7. Transfers outside the EU/EEA

Some of our suppliers are based outside the EU/EEA. When data is transferred to a third country, we ensure an adequate level of protection through the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or another valid transfer mechanism.
